Privacy Policy
SpadeIDE (“the App”) is a native iPad IDE that pairs with agents you run on your own machines. This policy explains what data the App handles.
Data we store on your device
Pairing keys, host certificate fingerprints, project paths, and app settings are stored only on your device (Secure Enclave / Keychain / on-device storage). We do not operate an account system, and we do not receive your source code, terminal output, or host credentials.
Network
The App connects to machines you have paired — usually directly on your local network. When you use remote access, both sides dial an introducer that matches opaque handles and, if needed, relays encrypted traffic. The introducer cannot read your files or terminal session, cannot grant access to a host, and does not receive a durable identity for you. You may point the App and agent at your own introducer instead.
Purchases
Optional Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment data under Apple’s privacy policy. We receive entitlement status from StoreKit on device; we do not receive your payment card details. Subscription status is checked in the App only — it is not sent to the agent or the introducer.
Analytics & tracking
The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps. Optional on-device debug and connection logs stay on your device unless you export and share them.
Children
The App is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13.
